About the job
• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales network and customers across B2B and B2C channels via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage customer inquiries, returns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through lead research, outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their needs and promoting company products and services.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of customer interactions, support cases, and commercial activities, ensuring proper follow up.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to improve customer experience, optimize lead generation, and support business growth.
• Monitor customer feedback and market signals to identify opportunities for service and commercial improvement.
What we are looking for
• You are proactive and comfortable interacting daily with clients with diverse needs, understanding their requirements and reporting them to sales and technical teams.
• You have experience in customer support and or technical environments.
• You hold at least a technical diploma, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• You speak Spanish fluently; good knowledge of Portuguese.
• You are interested in the electric mobility sector and motivated to grow in a fast evolving and high growth market.
