Today we successfully sold more than 20.000 products in Europe.
About the job
As SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive business growth while also playing a key role in scaling and mentoring a team of Business Developers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make an impact in both lead generation and team development. Your Responsibilities • Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and inbound leads. • Qualifying Leads – Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs, qualify leads, and determine their fit for our solutions. • Outbound Sales – Proactively initiate conversations, overcome objections, and schedule meetings for the sales team. • CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of interactions to ensure a structured and efficient lead nurturing process. • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and align with marketing on lead generation strategies. • Team Growth & Development – Contribute to the expansion and mentoring of a team of Business Developers, supporting their training and helping them optimize their outreach strategies.
