We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our French Sales team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for operational excellence. This role requires the ability to manage sales orders and invoicing, maintain CRM data, coordinate logistics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.

About the job
As Sales Admin France, you will join the Daze Sales Department, often interfacing with the Operations department and the Finance department from the HQ.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing sales orders and issuing invoices in France: you will issue orders and invoices via SAP, communicating with production and the Finance department. You will be responsible for managing customer records, sales orders, assistance, returns and repairs
• CRM management and sales reports in France: you will always maintain accurate and up-to-date reports of all sales activities and interactions with customers in the CRM system, ensuring adequate follow-up and effective management of the sales process. You will be responsible for creating reports and data reconciliation activities between systems, supporting the sales and post-sales functions. You will help the sales force with presentations and sales material.
• Logistics coordination for shipments in France, returns and company trips, with direct contact with suppliers and couriers. You will monitor and provide administrative support for invoicing processes, customer deadlines and credit management
• Front office management (office in Paris): welcoming visitors and taking care of the opening and closing of company spaces.
