About the job
We are currently looking for a professional to join our team as a Quality & IT Operations Specialist. What you will do: Monitoring and improving business processes
Analyze, monitor, and optimize internal processes, ensuring high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.
Certifications and compliance management
Collaborate with external organizations and consultants to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. Update documentation and support teams in correctly applying procedures and required standards.
ERP management and development
Administer the company ERP, managing users, permissions, master data, and operational workflows. Coordinate with the ERP provider for implementations, new features, evolutionary improvements, and issue resolution.
Training and documentation
Train employees on the use of the ERP and company digital processes. Create and maintain support documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
Operational IT support
Handle basic IT activities, including configuration of PCs, printers, SIM cards, and access to company systems. Ensure the proper functioning of daily work tools.
Asset and device management
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software, manage the company device fleet, and support the asset lifecycle from assignment to disposal.
What we are looking for
Degree in Management Engineering or related fields.
Preferably some experience, even short, in Operations, Quality, IT Support, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tasks.
Accurate and reliable, with a strong attitude toward continuous process improvement.
Familiarity with digital tools, ERP systems, and structured work environments.
