About the job
We are currently looking for a professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. What you will do: HR Administration
Manage full HR administration, including payroll via JetHR, payslip verification for Italy and abroad (Spain, France), meal vouchers, employee records, contracts, and administrative procedures. Coordinate safety training and medical check-ups. Support onboarding/offboarding processes, IT equipment management, and HR system updates.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior and senior roles, primarily based in Italy, Spain, and France: job descriptions, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management. Manage relationships with agencies/headhunters and monitor recruitment KPIs and pipelines.
People Operations & HR Process Support
Support key HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, skills development, internal policies, leave tracking, and manager support. Contribute to employee surveys, engagement initiatives, process improvements, and HR documentation management.
Company Event Organization
Plan and manage company events, including location selection, vendor coordination, logistics, budget management, and internal communications.
Employee Point of Contact
Provide ongoing support to all employees for HR-related questions, operational requests, or contractual/administrative concerns. Actively listen to employees, collect feedback, and promote company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
What we are looking for
• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations professional, preferably in growing or international companies.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and the ability to manage multiple activities independently.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment.
• Preferably familiar with the Italian Metalworking CCNL and related regulations and procedures.
• Accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience managing HR activities in international contexts (e.g., Spain, France) is desirable.
