About the job

We are currently looking for a professional to join our team as a CRM Specialist (Salesforce).

What you will do: Salesforce CRM management and administration

Configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes. Manage users, permissions, roles, approval flows, and automations. Monitor data quality, clean records, manage duplicates, and standardize processes.

Support to Sales and business teams

Provide hands-on support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in their daily use of Salesforce. Assist in opportunity management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

Reporting, dashboards, and analysis

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor commercial performance, sales KPIs, and pipeline progress. Support management with ad hoc analyses and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Process automation and continuous improvement

Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy of commercial processes. Identify optimization opportunities and continuously enhance the Salesforce user experience.

Integrations and connected tools

Manage integrations between Salesforce and other company tools such as marketing automation platforms, ticketing systems, ERPs, or reporting tools. Coordinate with external vendors and IT teams on system updates and special projects.

Training and documentation

Train users on correct Salesforce usage and new functionalities. Create and update documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective CRM use.

Internal Salesforce point of reference

Act as the internal go-to person for all Salesforce-related matters. Collect user feedback, manage requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain the platform roadmap, contributing to a data-driven and process-oriented culture.

What we are looking for

Preferably 1–3 years of experience as a CRM Specialist or Salesforce Administrator, ideally in fast-growing or structured companies.

Knowledge of Salesforce and core Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support processes, with the ability to manage multiple activities independently.

Hands-on experience configuring and managing the CRM: objects, fields, flows, automations, reports, and dashboards.

Ability to support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) by improving processes, data quality, and tool adoption.

High accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a goal- and deadline-oriented mindset.

Good command of English.

Experience managing Salesforce in international environments (e.g., Spain, France) or multi-country/multi-brand contexts is a plus.
