About the job

We are currently looking for a new team member to join us as Business Developer Spain.

What you will do

Supported by a company tutor and working closely with the sales team, you will take your first steps in Sales and Business Development. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation in the spanish market: you will learn to map the territory and research potential clients and partners (such as installers, electrical equipment distributors, companies and engineering/design firms) across Spain.
First Contact and Outreach: you will handle initial contact with prospects through discovery calls, structured emails and other outreach channels to qualify their interest in our solutions.
Relationship Management: you will build trust-based relationships with prospects, helping them understand the value of our products and handling their first commercial requests.
CRM Management: you will keep our customer database (CRM) up to date and well organized, logging daily activities and making sure follow-ups are timely and effective.
Collaboration with Marketing: you will work closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation campaigns and refine the sales approach.

What we are looking for

You are a recent graduate or student (in Economics, Marketing, Industrial/Management Engineering, Communication or related fields)
You are highly proactive and resourceful, and you are not afraid to pick up the phone to talk with clients and partners
You are organized and precise, and you are naturally a good listener and negotiator
Knowledge of English (or another European language) is a plus
You care about sustainability and technology, and you want to make a difference in the electric mobility sector
