What you will do (Your Role)
Supported by a dedicated mentor and our local sales team, you will take your first steps in international business development for the Portuguese market. You will:
Lead Generation Support: Learn how to conduct market research to identify potential clients and effectively generate leads, building a solid customer portfolio through various channels. You will engage in cold calls, email outreach, and other proactive methods to initiate conversations with potential clients, with the goal of qualifying them and sparking interest in our products.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, responding to specific product inquiries, and building long-term trust.
CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial activities and client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring appropriate follow-up and learning effective sales process management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts, share information, and refine lead generation strategies. You will also collaborate with the sales team in managing daily commercial activities.
What we are looking for (Requirements)
This internship is the perfect fit if:
You are a recent graduate or student (in Business, Marketing, Languages, International Relations, or a related field) eager to kickstart a career in Business Development.
You are proactive, curious, and comfortable engaging daily with clients who have different needs.
You are genuinely interested in the e-mobility sector and excited to explore this rapidly growing market.
You are fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese (essential for daily operations in our Madrid office and for developing the Portuguese market).
Knowledge of English or Italian is a strong plus to help you connect with our Italian headquarters.
