To make the energy transition simple, aesthetic, and smart through ultra-high-performance, connected charging stations. Today, we are a team of over 80 talents split between our headquarters in Bergamo, Madrid, and Paris. With tens of thousands of charging stations already installed worldwide, our growth is accelerating, and we have major ambitions for the French market.
Our Team France consists of 10 people across France and Italy, all driven by the same ambition: to make Daze the go-to reference for EV charging in the French market!

Your Role: Lead Hunter and Ecosystem Pivot
As a Business Developer (CDI), your main goal is to drive our growth through an aggressive and targeted acquisition strategy (Outbound), while acting as the operational anchor for the solutions provided to our ecosystem.
You will be at the heart of the action, serving as the permanent link between:
Our sales team (Key Account Managers / Area Managers) who manage and grow client accounts.
Our partner installers who deploy our solutions on the ground.
The end clients who have concrete equipment and installation needs.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Strategy & Sales Conquest (60%)
Multichannel Prospecting: Design, launch, and optimize modern, high-impact prospecting campaigns (Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Pipeline Generation: Identify key accounts and target decision-makers (B2B, installers, networks) to build a solid pipeline.
Qualified Meeting Setting: Engage in conversations, spark interest in Daze solutions, and book highly qualified meetings for the field sales team.
2. Operational Coordination & "Solutions" Orientation (30%)
Relationship Hub: Serve as the key point of contact to streamline the triangular relationship (Sales Team / Installers / End Clients).
Needs Qualification: Gather and analyze the installation needs of end clients to guide them toward the best technical solution and the right partner installer.
Deployment Follow-up: Ensure that initiated projects come to fruition smoothly between the sale of the charging station and its actual installation.
3. Continuous Improvement & CRM (10%)
CRM Management: Rigorously track your performance indicators (KPIs) and accurately log all interactions to optimize the sales pipeline.
Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to refine prospecting messages and make the most of inbound leads.
Profile Required:
Education & Experience: Degree in Business/Sales (Bachelor's or Master's). You have a successful first experience (long-term end-of-studies internship or first job) as an SDR or Business Developer, ideally in a B2B or Scale-up environment.

"Solution-Oriented" & Customer Focus: You possess excellent active listening skills. You know how to resolve complex situations and coordinate multiple stakeholders (strong diplomacy and organizational skills).
Agility & Proactivity: You are autonomous, structured, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluency in English (or Italian) is a major asset for interacting with our international teams (Milan/Bergamo).
