The Role

We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist (AI-Native) to become a pillar of our HR department. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Lead to support Daze’s international expansion across Europe.

We believe that human resources should focus on people and strategy, not on paperwork. That is why we have automated administrative tasks using advanced tools. We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive professional who considers Artificial Intelligence their daily superpower to eliminate bureaucracy and focus on what truly matters: finding and nurturing the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

International Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our offices in Italy, Spain, and France, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

• Scout, attract, and interview candidates who share our vision and entrepreneurial mindset.

AI & HR Automation Management

• Leverage and optimize our HR tech stack and generative AI tools to automate resume screening, job postings, interview scheduling, and data tracking.

• Proactively identify and implement new AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Design and coordinate a seamless onboarding and offboarding process for new hires across different countries, making them feel part of the team from day one.

• Take the lead in organizing our 2 main annual corporate events, bringing the entire team together to celebrate our milestones and strengthen our company culture.

• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong, unified company culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Startup/Scale-up Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can pivot quickly is a great nice to have.

• AI-Native Mindset: You naturally integrate AI and automation into your daily workflow. You don't wait to be trained on new tech; you propose tools to optimize processes.

• Recruitment Focus: A genuine passion for talent acquisition and a strong ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish or French is considered a major advantage.

• Hands-on & Proactive Approach: High autonomy, excellent communication skills, and a strong problem-solving attitude.
