The Role
We are looking for a Workplace, Fleet & IT Specialist to become the operational backbone of Daze. In this role, you will manage our facilities, steer our EV-oriented corporate fleet, and coordinate our internal IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Workplace Management
Coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance for our offices and laboratories (HVAC/air conditioning, electrical systems, fire safety).
Select and manage relationships with strategic vendors (cleaning services, security, maintenance).
Optimize office layouts, manage internal moves, and oversee product setups and our DAZE Experimental Parking Lot.
Monitor energy consumption and manage office supplies to optimize costs.
Fleet Management
Manage vehicle leasing contracts, assignments, and key deadlines (insurance, maintenance, tire changes).
Handle administrative procedures related to traffic fines, accidents, and insurance claims.
Corporate IT Coordination
Select, purchase, and track inventory for all corporate hardware (laptops, smartphones, monitors).
Handle IT Onboarding & Offboarding: configure devices for new hires and manage corporate credentials and software accounts (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Monitor basic office Wi-Fi connectivity and act as the main liaison with our external IT partners for more complex troubleshooting.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in coordinating Facility, Fleet, or IT operations (a mix of these elements is a huge plus!).
An EV Mindset: A passion for innovation and sustainability; knowledge of the electric vehicle charging industry is a major advantage.
Excellent multitasking skills and a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
