About the job
• Provide technical support to the sales network and customers across B2B and B2C channels.
• Handle returns and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and useful information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve support processes.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service optimization.
• Update and maintain documentation related to technical support procedures and products.
• Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on company news and product offerings.
What we are looking for
• You are able to interact with clients and understand their needs, as well as report them to the relevant sales functions and the technical department;
• Preferably, you hold at least a diploma in technical fields (electrotechnics/electronics/mechanics/IT);
• Preferably, you have previous experience in technical contexts;
• Preferably, you have experience in customer support.
• Knowledge of Portuguese or German is “Very nice to have”
• Knowledge of Spanish or French is “Nice to have”
